- Real-time remote monitoring of alarms, fire detectors, emergency call devices, patrol checkers, elevators, street lighting, vehicles, measuring devices, and various sensors
- Controlling IP-based telephone systems, initiating calls, and recording conversations
- Managing user permissions filtered by client groups and event notifications
- Application-specific configuration and management of devices and clients
- Serving an unlimited number of clients and system users simultaneously
- Filtering, querying, and automated dispatch of past events
- Creating action worksheets, reports, and summaries
- Professional handling and documentation of alarm events
- Sending automated reports via SMS and email
- Displaying events in graphical and map formats
