Remote-Controlled Power Outlet

The GSM SOCKET is a remotely controlled relay that plugs into an electrical outlet. Users can control the power of a device connected to the socket via a dedicated mobile application, using the SMART CLOUD cloud server. This means you can remotely supply or cut power to the connected device. Unlike Wi-Fi sockets, which require a router and a separate internet subscription, the INSTANT GSM socket comes with a built-in SIM card, making it ready for immediate use upon purchase. It also comes with an external thermometer, allowing it to function as a thermostat. In this mode, the socket controls the power to the connected heating unit based on predefined high and low temperature thresholds. Beyond manual and temperature-based control, it can also be scheduled for timed remote control, with calendar integration.

The price of the device includes 5 years of operational costs, which can be extended for another 5 years upon expiration!

Alarm Transmitter

This device is capable of transmitting signals from traditional alarm systems, provided they have a standard Contact ID-compatible telephone line interface. In addition to transmitting event notifications, remote control of alarm systems is also possible by connecting specific inputs and outputs between the alarm control panel and the device. To support remote control, the alarm control panel must have a free zone input that functions as a key switch, allowing the user to arm or disarm the assigned partition remotely via the MONITORINBOOK HOME mobile application.
