Security response mobile application
RAPTOR mobile application
for digital dispatch
Faster response. Real-time coordination. Complete documentation.
With the MONITORINGBOOK PRO Dispatch module and the RAPTOR mobile application, every key event can be handled, documented and traced digitally – from the alarm and task assignment through on-site action to the completed report.
The full intervention process in one system
Digital dispatch unifies this process.
The system can handle:
- issuing the response task
- assigning the appropriate response unit
- accepting and executing the task
- departure and arrival on site
- on-site intervention
- photo and form-based documentation
- the electronic report
- closing the intervention and reporting
How does it work?
An alarm or event arrives
In MONITORINGBOOK PRO the dispatcher can start the intervention based on the client’s preconfigured response parameters and tasks. A response can be started not only from an incoming alarm, but also as a manual event when needed.
The dispatcher assigns the task
The dispatcher designates and coordinates response units on the Action worksheet. Multiple units can be assigned to one action if needed, while the dispatcher continuously follows the task status and the execution process.
The response unit receives the task
Field staff receive the information they need for the response in the RAPTOR mobile application. After login and shift selection they can access the current response list, the detailed task description and the information required to carry it out.
Real-time status tracking
The main stages of the response – such as departure, arrival on site and leaving the site – can be recorded electronically. The system can also store events with timestamps and location data, so the dispatcher always has up-to-date information on the intervention.
Digital on-site documentation
The responding officer can document the action directly in RAPTOR. Records may include client and site data, people present on site, the result of the area inspection, on-site findings, actions taken, photos and other attachments, and information about handing over the report. Documentation can also be authenticated with an electronic signature.
Closing and electronic report
After the intervention is finished, the electronic report is created. The system logs status changes and edits, and the documentation remains searchable. The dispatcher can also forward the closed action report to the client.
MONITORINGBOOK PRO – central control for dispatchers
On a central interface the dispatcher can:
- manage response units
- define response areas
- configure clients’ response parameters
- define which signals should generate a response task
- issue and modify tasks
- follow the status of execution
- take over documentation if needed
- close the action
Automated task handling
RAPTOR – a digital workspace in the field
Field staff can access their current tasks and the information they need in one place, while the action status is continuously updated in the central system.
Fewer phone calls, more accurate information
Adaptable to every client and service provider
That is why the system can define per client whether a response service is available, which signals should start a task, what instructions the responding unit receives, and which data must be recorded in the on-site report.
Thanks to custom report templates and configurable workflows, dispatch can be adapted to the provider’s own operating model.
Benefits of digital dispatch
Faster response
Tasks go directly to the response units, while the dispatcher can continuously follow execution.
Real-time visibility
The centre and colleagues in the field can always work from current task and status information.
Unified processes
Interventions can be carried out according to a predefined workflow and report.
Digital documentation
Instead of paper administration, on-site information, photos, actions and signatures can be recorded electronically.
Searchable events
Actions, status changes and related documents can be retrieved later.
More efficient resource management
Assignment rules help define which alarms actually require a physical response.
Reports and searchable data
Stored documents and event data can be searched and filtered by several criteria, including client, response or action. Data can also be exported.
This not only supports accurate billing towards clients, but also provides valuable information for analysing the provider’s own operations.
From alarm to closed report
One connected digital process from the remote monitoring centre all the way to the officer on site.
